PRIDE

Sailabration and Pride both kick off today, and though celebrating the War of 1812 will be super exciting (…) our plans are facing a bit north of the401. Pride takes over Mount Vernon on Saturday, but there are lots of other mini parties throughout the city leading up to it.

City Paper created a Pride Guide, and if Saturday’s high-heel race or dance tents aren’t your bag, perhaps a meal of food at Gertrude’s or Bingo at Hippo is.

Either way, pull on your rainbow booty shorts and get involved.
